Kenneth M. Black, DDS
Dr. Kenneth M. Black is a native of Bessemer City, North Carolina, a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.A.
in Business Administration, and a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Denistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Black is very active in continuing his dental education and keeping current in the latest in dental technology and techniques.
He has completed the Triangle Dental Institute’s 10-month long continuum in dental implantology. Dr. Black also has completed
several courses of study at the Dawson Institute, considered a leader in training dentists in dental occlusion and functional harmony.
Dr. Black also has over 38 years active and reserve military service, and now serves as an instructor at Ft. Bragg’s John F. Kennedy Special
Warfare Center and School training Green Beret medics in dental sciences. He currently resides in Pittsboro, NC with his wife Debra,
and enjoys playing golf, attending UNC football games and professional golf tournaments.
Jerre L. Kennedy, DDS
Dr. Jerre L. Kennedy is a native of Goldsboro, North Carolina. She attended UNC-Chapel Hill for undergraduate school and graduated from University of North Carolina School of Denistry with a Doctor in Dental Surgery. Dr. Kennedy completed two-year general practice residencies in oral medicine at UNC Hospitals and the VA Hospital system and spent five years in the U.S. Public Health Service, during which time she treated the dental needs of commissioned officers on the campus of The National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. She also served as clinical research support for a dental implant study while at NIH.
Dr. Jerre L. Kennedy returned to Chapel Hill in 1993 to enter private practice with her uncle K. Carroll Kennedy with whom she practiced with until his retirement in 2007.
Corey Wilson, DDS
Dr. Wilson is a native of Roxboro, NC, a small town located 30 miles north of Durham. He received his undergraduate
degree from UNC Chapel Hill and went on to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of North Carolina School of Denistry.
Dr. Wilson and his
wife Kelly currently reside in Durham with their children. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Wilson enjoys spending
time with his family, playing chess, golf, water sports, antique cars and watching college basketball.
