The Meadowmont Dentistry team agrees that our patients come first, so we offer a unique dental health plan to help our patients stay on top of their oral health and set their mouth up for success long-term. Learn more about this plan by viewing some of our frequently asked questions below, and feel free to contact us if you do not see your question answered.
How does the plan work?
We’ve designed the plan so that individuals pay one low price for the year and get access to a range of vital services throughout that year. Regular preventive services (cleanings, x-rays, exams, etc) are all included/covered at 100%. Members also receive a 15% discount on all other restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures!
Who qualifies for this plan?
The Meadowmont dental health plan is currently available to both new and existing patients. It’s also conveniently available to patients with or without insurance, so you’re not limited if you’re not under an insurance plan.
How much does it cost?
For adults, the plan is set at $375 per year. For children, it is $275 per year.
What does the plan include?
Under the plan, patients are able to receive two cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, two exams, and oral cancer screenings, all of which are common and highly beneficial to maintain proper dental health.
Can I combine the dental health plan with my insurance plan?
At this time, the dental health plan cannot be combined with insurance or other discounts.
What do I need to do to get started?
For all questions about our dental health plan or to enroll, just contact our office by phone or come see us in person and a knowledgeable member of our team will get you set up quickly and easily.
What about deductibles and yearly maximums?
There are no other deductibles and no maximums. Members enjoy full access and unlimited use of membership discounts with no maximums.
Are there any waiting periods or restrictions about pre-existing conditions?
No – Once your membership is complete you can start enjoying the benefits immediately and without worrying about any restrictive pre-existing condition clauses as you would find with most other major insurance plans.
